sofitel is good for freshers there lot of learning , good work culture, good peoples except HODs.

in 2019 sofitel management gets change then company work culture get worst. not enjoin work lots of work presser but not good salary

Work environment and way of working together helping other departments when in trouble with guest,full supportive.

Must be differentiate between permanent staffs and daily basis casuals which don't have same skill like hotel's employees,but there is no any such characteristic.

I am very happy working with the Sofitel hotel and thus have been working till date without any hurdles. It has a lot of opportunities if u deserve and have been showing substantial performance.

Training is what I feel needs to be improves and basically to manage work and family life working hours needs to be reduced.

It is one of the best property in UAE especially location and caring HR department I love to work again with Sofitel hotels.

Some of the managers don’t have proper manners to treat their staff, eg shouting unnecessary pressure and taking decision on favoritism base,
