Sobha has iconic projects like skyscrapers and high-rise buildings in UAE. It's good to work here for beginners.

Dislikes

50% employees are not well experienced. Sobha management keep on changing employees work location and work responsibilities every month. HR dept in UAE is really bad. They do not know what they have to do. No relevant work assignments to new joiners. The reason is there are more employees than required and no one is there is to control or monitor them.

Nothing much. Initially it was good, but then they changed team and got a new manager name Radha, as soon as she came she started putting people on PIP in order to bring her own referrals from Mumbai. I was one of the victim of hers. She used to talk very disrespectfully infront of everyone. Too loud, too shabby, i never knew sobha would get such people in their leadership team. Anyways it was all in past. I left the organization for good.

we can learn a lot about the work all people in sobha are like families, here good technical training. Academy so that we can refresh out skills. And knowledge salary ontime. awesome work culture, good managing skills communication skills can be developed and I have learnt and learning here

every company or the work we have ups and downs don't here negative comments, develop ...ur skills motivate yourself and focus on your work you will enjoy

Here don't learn technical things. So what they follow at site where they involved to us that much only learning point. That one also not relavent to the job description. Only excel sheet enough for sobha.
