Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Students Centric Approaches by adopting latest technology and motivating students to in all aspects for getting a good position in their career or to become an entrepreneur. Appreciates faculty member for their continues effort and steps taken by them to improve the students community and the organization.

SNS system is a vary good place for learning for fresher's and 1-2 year's experience. Seniors and teammates also vary helpfull. And they also have vary good technical skill.

As per me every company and employee have room to improve. Need to implement a solid system to grow company and employee. As per other growing companies.
