company me sabse bada problem anmol bhardwaj lekin company ke md ko ye dikhta hi nahi ya md use dekhna hi nahi chahte hai aur main akela nahi hoon mere se pahle jitne logo ne company left kiya ha sabka thinking yahi hai .kaam kara ke paisa rakh leti hai company aur ulte sidhe baat karti hai ye company nahi lala ki dukan hai . jisko apne paise aur apna time gali sunte hue barbaad karna hai wo kam kar sakta hai

i started as a sales officer and now working as an area sales head for a state. The company holds a lot of events and exhibitions to boost the sales team, also we are given a lot many schemes to be passed down in the hierarchy so to motivate our SOs,TMS, dealers and distributors. We are given advanced training on the manufacturing processes so show the best confidence during sales in the field. The top management team visits often to their retailers and Distributors when conducting sales meets which helps us boost the sales and build a strong presence. we are generally incentive regularly and the new R&R meets are helping us push our limits

travelling a lot makes it hectic rest is good

It gave me autonomy to explore what i am good at as I joined as qc incharge and steadily moved up the ladder in the dispatch department. I was given chances to visit many workshops for developing my skills. and the best part i was incentivised on my performance on quarterly basis

during peak season the job timings would become long although i was paid for the extra time served.
