...ls like stepping back into the 90's, almost like begin in a restrictive setting. Employee are required to arrived by 09:30 AM, or their salary deducted, and the gates also locked as you are in hostel. You are not allowed to eat anything other than office lunch hours and bringing any food item like fruits or anything is prohibited. If you are sick or not feeling well management didn't have any concern about the employee. Your lunch box must be keep with the Security and your bag daily check by security what you have your bag. Once you skip the breakfast at home than you cannot have breakfast after reach the office, that day you can eat only in lunch duration. If you go for office work for full day than your half day salary deducted because management thought employee didn't go for office work. After office hour completion if you stay for urgent work at office place then there is no security and no responsibility of management. Worse thing is that if female employee stay for work than no one provide any facility like cab and anything. According to me this is not company this is jail.

Job holder taking only.... End of the month salary no other benifit in our company.. Increments are near by 2years once... Canteen food is very bad.. And Company culture also... Same like that no one responsibility... Hr guidance worsted behavior

Most of politics, slavery , management doesn't address our issues. Salary less more work. No growth. Bond for 3 years and Certificates deposit compulsory and never u get back. Extra hours work.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary and career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you can't resign. On the job training isn't given to new joiners.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
