Work Satisfaction, you will not get values as your designation. Employee having a rich experience about 10 years & other employe who is fresher both have given same rolls & responsibilities. Working time is very flexible, u have to work upto 10 hr Daily. Here production is very low, job security is very poor. Permotion, u will get permotion after minimum 4 years.

This company in to much staffs , temporary workers,contacter workers not any benefit s ,not good giving salary,no value .all facilities for paramanent worker's company given higher salary paid for paramanent worker's,

...he union clearly highlighted after COVID 19 when the industry came out of slump. Instead of paying dues to the employees and promoting it was decided to rename the designation in the same pay scale for all except GM and above and union

Thankfully this company is paying full salary during this pandemic situation.

Culture of the company is very bad. Old employees never wants that new generation come forward to lead the things. Everyone is taking benefits of company facilities for their personal interest.
