There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Automat group- A very good environment. If you want to join politics in future then that is very good place for you. In 2030 the name of the group will be CHANDPUR GROUP instead of Automat Group. New employee don't stay here and management here doesn't allow to old ones stay.

This organisation is totally centered towards bengali manager, they don't give you any chance for personal growth like learning and promotions. If you are a bengali then go it can add more thing in your carrier, qualifications doesn't matters, with matric certificate you can be a manager. Good luck!
