...ou are not sold any flat in two months, you will automatically go to PIP policy. whenever you are in PIP policy your salary is held. They do not provide an offer letter before joining. If you leave your job between PIP policy they never provide your FNF and relieving letter.

...tes are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

HR is not work as per thier KRA all they do whatever the team head will say about an employee either it will be appraisal or about any complain
