...ve my 7 precious year but no recognition at all. Even director does't know me. Company not providing better salary. Seniors are cheap minded. They can't see u grow within or outside the organisation. Well, i left from here and much more satisfied where i am right now.

Team leader behaviour is very horrible. He is behaviour like animals. Salary is very low . When you come . He is saying no target . But after he is put on pressure on you . If you're not complete . He gives extra working time , like Sunday and extra time after job. So if you want to go for job in SMC . Don't go . He is always gives wrong commitment with coustomer and employees .
