Working freedom, friendly environment, on time salary, best training given by shri chandan sir delivery manager of smart edge solution, smiriti kurian maam very supportive, my team lead very friendly giving me best suggestion and tips for work. Every thing is good.

Dislikes

HR Service is very bed, compensation and payroll department is not supportive. Salary deduct without any concern, EPF problem not solving by HR Head, Not responding to mail and call, giving wrost services. I suggest to Smartedge IT Service to improve their HR Compensation and Payroll Department.

The owner of the compnay has behavior issue.

Dislikes

I could not believe but the manager come owner has a behaviour issue and shouts at people it's absolutely unacceptable. That is why he forces to sign a bond so that you cannot leave. Dont belive to the promises made in the beginning as well. And never sign the bond unless your daddy is a lawyer.
