In this company I have learnt a lot about professional work. How to handle clients and how manage a team I have learnt from here.

... who now have to work for two people. The management is at its worse level here. There is no salary in time and they don't offer any joining letter or salary slip. Even after you leave the job there is no experience certificate to show. Employee satisfaction is zero and zero facilities.

job insecurity,ill mannered Boss and undeserving managers on board,no learning,salary issue is regular,fired anytime they want without notice,sunday working at times but no pay

No Job security, Bad culture for self respected girls. It is not a Pvt. Ltd. Company, it is just like a proprietary firm opened for personal profit not for the interest of employees and its values.

Dislikes

Worst HR policy. No timely salary, bad office politics, always dual meaning words with the female employees by the HR- Cum- AGM.

I hv already worked with organisation Very bad experience bcoz work karwane ke Baad payment nhi deti hai aur jitne bhi manager and staff hai SAB jhuth bolte hai. FE honestly work karta hai uska bhi paisa kha jate hai

I like our collouges,they we're so encouraging and there was opportunity to work under pressure and learn something more interesting which I like most.

I dislike of their management team,about their decision and lack of afford to take hard decision and they don't give appointment letter or experience letter.
