Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). It has a nice office. Apart from that, there is nothing to like.

Dislikes

1. Lot of hippocricy. They will worship Ganesha Festival but at the same, they will shout and abuse the employees and sometimes, they will hit them as well. 2. They are non-ethical into the business trades. Most of the customers sticks to them because they have controlled the supply chain, otherwise no one wants to be associated with them because of their behaviour. 3. They are non-ethical about the employee settlement as well - there are many employees whose account have not been settled after they left. 4.Work environment is highly toxic. 5.This organisation is not suited for CXOs. Its ok for 10k-15k salary people. 6. Do not ever be attracted by the sweetness in their talks. Its exactly the opposite. TERRIBLE.

Worst environment , not even a company, I must say I didn't feel like i was working in a company

Dislikes

It work just like a shop, owner always in doubt at his own employees, professionalism zero, behavior zero , short term vision
