i wanna say only six thing about the company. 1 office environment is good . 2 salary according to your work good but also not good. 3 you can develop your skill in excel and communication . 4 No timing issue i mean if you are late 4 to 5 time company will not cut your salary. 5 you can take 2 holiday in month without any salary cut. 6 the Team here very help full. 7 job security is good here and also no heavy burden you will face here. Note: i am telling here only about the computer work because i am working here as a mis .

if i say what i dislike here. 1 you can face here team politics. 2 salary increment not so good if you are telecallera and computer operator. 3 if your work here 3 to 4 year there is no guarantee you get promotion.

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good and fair and they give good salary.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees. Management doesn't address our issues.

Management, HR department is very bad no increment pf not credited on time work other than your work no overtime on time too much leave are lapse because leave not approved canteen facility is also not good casual labour works will be do by you fraud in overtime and leave

The job is secure, and the salary is paid on time. The best part is that you get to learn a lot, and the team is supportive as well.

There is more technical work in comparison to practical work And There are very few chances of getting a promotion.
