...y first job in my life, so I'm like to say that it was better experience for me. As compared to others company in Kolhapur the salary of employees has to be on time is the greatest thing to everyone. Then there work culture is good & I personally like their management. They maintain cleanliness, good climate, and Security to each & everyone. Either it's male or female.

No there was no dislike about the company but the my issue with the night shift that's why I left that's it.

Here they will give best working environment but less salary.eveyntime salary issues.and trasport side some time facing some issues other wise over all good...

Management is taking intiatives to create leader's within the company, giving free hand to make decisions to manage teams, in this pandemic vaccination drive completed successfully for employees and families. We never heard because of process ramp down or automation employees sent back to home, they are repurposing the people.

Dislikes

People who are tenured they need to get good salary hikes than people who are coming outside.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Likes

It is good that a fresher is exposed to the code so early and if you utilise it your growth is exponential. The management is supportive for career change if you want to pursue your career in a different domain if you posses the skills.

Dislikes

There is a pay cut of shift allowance or no salary at all.. And there is no proper channel to approach been followed here.. Very poor
