Remote option but manager is threatening to come to office and work more than working hours

Dislikes

The manager's behavior is unprofessional, with no regard for work-life balance. Employees face daily threats of termination if monthly targets are not achieved within a day. Additionally, the manager sets unrealistic goals, often 10 times higher than what is typically accomplished.

Data operations worst team and manager and senior specialist are worse and unprofessional do more micro managements and you cant survive with job security's and health
