Work culture is good, company actually listen to their employees and gives respect.their's lot to learn. Sleek staff is very helpful I would like to name some, Shilpa Bajaj ( head designer, and Ramanjot ma'am( ex Chandigarh manager ) have helped me a lot proffesenally and personally without anything in return.

Company works at dealers end, Getting promoted takes too much time, company offer good salary for new commers as compared to old one, Incriment is less.

That company provides a good item in market and dealers are connected with us from last more than 7 years.

In sales pressure is very high , and with sales too much work on laptop for make files , as per company timing is 9 to 6 but due to travel and all it becomes 8 to 10 and after that daily report and all other.

Will throw you out without notice period and will call you in the name of transfer anytime and will speak to you and performance will not be good and will throw you out!

Management especially regional manager shekher Verma and his manager they just hire a designer take his interview made him join after it they torcher designer for sale any how even if designer ask for a advice they don't give it neither ib leads are given to store

There is no process or method to approach any problem. Micro management is very high. The dealer i worked for treated me very badly. Working conditions were not suitable, just looks fancy from the outside. Employees are taken for granted, no respect for any employees.
