Every day there is a new policy, it could be about your breaks, incentives plans or shifts. Very bad experience during the time I have worked and post leaving the organisation too. Please look for other options.

The owner of company is Good and stays in UK. The initial manager Tushar was very good and helped this company to grow from 4 to 20 but suddenly he was asked to leave and owner replaced this manager with Ramesh Nair who was from Lyca. After drowning the company Lyca, he joined this company Skywings. He started firing old agents and manager by conspiracy. He brought his close agents from Lyca to Skywings and started his dictatorship. He do not have any sales manager experience and his communication skill is also weak. His nature is destructive and took control over company. Now, the owner is helpless and has to obey his wrong decision. He along with his personal team is full of drunkers and work while drinking. Company will be closed shortly. Look for secure job as every month 2-3 agents are fired. It is a non- registered company.
