Nothing much, Job security is the only thing. Work life balance and company culture is okayish

Not the best company to work at. Salary is on the lowest range in the industry. Internal politics is a headache. No promotions or appraisal or increment or anything like that. There’s better options out there than this company.

It is very important that the career growth as well as the self improvisation in our life. I experienced the both at Skyline. All the faculties are well experienced and they are teaching everything each other.

It was a very good opportunity to learn every skills at site after studying. The experience gained in the company is very much helpful for our career.

There isn't any kind of appreciation or encouragement for the work we done. With the salary, we can never maintain our basic needs.

In this company I got lot more to learn. This is was my best start towards the new opportunities. As well got experience from each an every person. To learn from them an as well execute. I was really happy to work over there.

The worst management which doesn’t have any concerns for the working staff. The staff welfare is of least priority with no HR Dept as such. If someone is joining this organisation, they shouldn’t expect any form of development and should be ready work in the lowest pay scale in the industry
