There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

I am working in this last 10 before thonly2month I have work then after they transfer to next company birdys cake no salary improvement of maintenance management team under political issues in team then after wha cake then sfter future' group take over starting salary was 9000 till 10 year hapeen only 18000;till 2019december last then I resigned the job no improvement in birdys cake and wha group and last future'group life becomes frustrated then I left in sly gurment flights kitchen is good to work then they transfer to me to next birdys cake my life become worst no improvement in salary and in work in good atmosphere in dept llife is spoil then after till now and lockdown come i am now jobless

... not fulfill my dream and there is no longer chance to see about staffs welfare. There is no any appraisal or no salary increment or as per govt. Rule if govt revise the salary but the management not apply this for us.
