No like,only disadvantages,Worst company,worst MD ,they deduct to many days salary in a month, without any reasons.

Poor culture & MD behave like Hitler and only listen of chamchas,poor and worst culture anyone not to join here,no future for job secure,any time one day clearance happen.

Low Salary, Ten hour work shift , penalty system even for silly mistakes , no filter or RO for drinking water, Marwari favouritism, no need for engineers there the job can be done by 12th pass guys. No canteen. You can get fined for putting your arms on your colleague shoulder. They make you write apology letter if you make any silly mistake. And will deduct money from your Salary increment. One day absent will deduct money from your Salary increment. They deduct double PF from your Salary but in salary slip will show only one .

One of third class company on planet, They have 10 hr duty for all no Bus no canteen & offered 12k salary for Engineers 🤣 shame on the company management and owner SK Bindal who marwadi & narrow minded person

Company was very helpful for me and other employees also in all respects e.g. salary wise, health wise and other facilities can made. The management was took very responsible of employees future.

If you are from engineering background they'll help you a lot and give the best training in 6 months as they make you market ready. Work life balance you have to sacrifice, salary increment for first year is done 3 times just don't commit any mistake in working.

If you want to join SKS fasteners sales and marketing then please go in export team as domestic team managers are not that professional and make you work in old school way, no support from them but to make you work they'll praise you but in increment time they'll change so please prefer export team..
