They NEVER pay salary on time ..The owner Jitender Sachdeva is OLD LUNATIC should have been in asylum under medication ,unfortunately running this terrible company...This person intentionally cuts pay as he wakes up from his sleep... new joiners all the best if u wanna join keep down some of ur well built reputations aside as this company has some tobacco chewing mangers and engineers whom can eat brain with all their illogical irrelevant tasks which are not mentioned in your contract....

No work life balance, no job security, Salary never paid on time, 6 days strict time working, even they ask to work on sundays, No work ethics, mental stress.

1. No disturbance with any departments. 2. Balance MNC and Indian culture in working. 3 Every year set higher goal for personal growth. 4 Company fully controlled by Director.

1 No action against the rudely behavior. 2 Every year change appraisal policy.

It's better platform for learning , in all desire fields like as purchase ,production , design etc

In skipper there was no personal life , travel policy was very bad , tour allowance was very low , late working , creditors payments was very delay etc.
