...y in 2 months cycle and 3rd month they will pay the full and final settlement. They paid the 1st salary on time and after that they started delaying the salary and said they are not able to pay the salary in one payment and will pay in installments but never paid on time and till now they have not paid off the salary and fnf

Everything, They promise one and never deliver it The process was never transperent You will receive incentives but you will never know, wheather have you received the full incentive or for which all targets you have received the incentives. The HRBP will talk to you as if you have done some crime and they are the CBI officer, even for a single day leave, your manager's approval is enough but here you need to take approval from HRBP for the same. The Product is really good but the execution in the late has gone wrong, due to which the company got really bad reviews and lost its credibility And even sometimes you need to work on Sundays, no work life balance

Nothing to like they are making fools out of people.

Dislikes

They doesn’t pay the variable pay which is promised to you as a part of CTC, promoters are direction less, they hired so many unnecessary no of people & laid off in April. Course curriculum is not upto the mark, these courses are readily available in market for free or lesser price. They have money to operate Until august.

I don't like anything in skill lync

Hi Guyz, there is no Dislike option or dislike rating. 1 humble suggestion, they will offer you good salary plz don't tempt to that salary. Bcz I have suffered, after seeing the offer letter I was happy oh I'm getting this much salary and all this benefits & after joining my 1st day I came to know that they will give 1 week training in that 1 week we need to learn all engineering courses and pricing and basics. After 1 week they will conduct 3 mock calls and 2 assessment. Not after 1 week on daily base we will have mock calls Even though after 1 week they will conduct If we didn't get qualified they will simple call us and tell us to send resignation mail. If we score good above 50 or 60% then they will send to retraining batch. You will get salary of this 1 week or 2 weeks But if we didn't get selected after 2nd week then we need to leave that organisation. What next then....... If you are financially supporting your family then it will become very big problem for you. Bcz getting other job is not easy. Think before going to skill lync My personal experience I'm suggesting you Guyz by seeing office, salary, incentives, or people life style don't join that company. You will be mentally depressed and tortured. Daily 2 hours talktime is compulsory, if not they will simple put LOP. And huge target but no incentive part. I saw people suffering and crying in that company and many people are waiting for salary to leave that company. And to HR please mention in offer letter that probation period is only for 1 week not 3 months What all the rules you are confirming after joining Please please confirm it before. Don't waste our time .
