Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). Talking about the company it’s a fine place to work. Our MD. Mr. Manish Ahluwalia understand and gives time to everyone to perform, supports everyone and just because of him people stick to the Company. But as a whole if I talk about company It doesn’t have a good financial background to support their employees with salary like other companies but also on the other hand compared with other travel agencies SKH is doing very well. So it’s a mixed kinda review But overall rating to SKH will be 7 out of 10

No growth for employees and it’s a small team your growth remains stagnant for long
