...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

On of the best companies to accelerate your career in Manufacturing technology and Design. Very humble and helpful colleagues and seniors who will help you in whenever needed.

Apart from salary everything was really good. I had a good learning experience here and got to know how the corporate world works.

Never enjoy the work there. Big brand, salary okay and on time.

Culture is not okay, regional biasness is there. No work life balance, people are not ready to understand the issues. no properly defined goal and roadmap to achieve. Restructure in every 6 months. none of the position is stable, even open positions are also volatile.

Word as like helper and heavy and continuous 3-4 hr work on grinding machines, my weight that time 41 kg and my body is not capable to heavy word, i request to supervisors change my department but compony staff ignore my request.. And am lost my confidence.. Job in SKF india is am says it's "horrible".

...: SKF once happened to be highly paying organisation, however not anymore. They always find a readon to not give good salary hikes to individual. Also partiality in salary hikes (in favor of local people) Travel: extremely high travel rate, without considering employee’s comfort. Politics: worst. Its difficult to stay out of it, you will be dragged in to it. Learning: up to individual’s effort. Though good knowledge database is there, noone focuses on learning anymore. Work environment: non ergonomic, non healthy, highly unethical and full of lies. Too bad work environment. Innovation: no importance to the innovation, no encouragement to the employees trying to do something new. Work life balance: almost none. 11-12 hrs work required everyday, many times have to work on weekends due to impractical deadlines.
