Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). They are giving a decent Salary to their employees.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Basically, Korean companies are living to work but others are working to live. It will always create conflicts with your company interests. ANd they always treat Korean staff as trustworthy and others as ..... And they agree with all these facts.

All the managers are so supportive giving us the freedom to work independently. We wont be having a pressurized situation even at construction phase which helps us to meet the timely schedules.

The Admin Department in our project is so worst. Not enough vehicles co-ordination inside site. Admin not supporting the site people. always make them struggle and politics,ego etc.
