The company is blend of professional and owner driven culture. As a mill siyaram has good reputation for value for money product. Company is pretty much open to new ideas. Financially very sound, I get opportunities to travel abroad for the conference of company. Job security is there if there is no integrity issue.

Compensation is very ordinary and growth is slow.

Very good company. I got the opportunity to learn many things. They give you liberty to take decisions. Payments are in time and the most important thing is that they keep faith on their employees. Your job is fully secure once you proved yourself and if you are honest and loyal towards company.

Compensation, increments are decent but growth are very slow. Another, in spite of having all the new systems, their administrative working are not up to the mark.

Poor work life balance, poor work process, bad salary negotiation, unfair promotions, and manual work process. It give u feeling of being jn government office.

fraud company fake salary they offer after you join they again negotiate it...and no company culture no employee benefit only fraud in morning they have prayer to call employees before time and no body allow to go without boss permission
