...inees that they will provided laptops and all other requirements but they won't. They said first 3 months all have to work as contractors with very low salary and after that they will promote us as permanent employees with a very good pay based on our previous organisation. But even after 1 year of joining most of the contractors are on same position. Contractors are not getting payments on time and don't have any insurance or PF benefits. If the company received less number of files, they will say the contractors to take off and there will be a salary cut for the day. It's not our fault that company is not getting new files, but we have to suffer for that. Another thing is they won't credit our salaries on time. We have to beg them to get payments. This is the worst organisation I have ever worked.

Nothing like learning . overall good start for freshers for earnings. No work life balance and no appreciation. Data science manager has no knowledge of field and harras people. Not satisfied. Recommend not to work here if you want to growth in career. For freelancer it's okay to earn part time.
