Overall company was too good in terms of everything like salary or work life and other teams if you are in to IT staffing this is very good place to you to work

Dislikes

If you are in to Healthcare staffing kindly check whom you are reporting. There will be manager who you have to report on floor who is not at all worth working with. There is another managers and director of Health care who is really more supportive. My suggestion to people who wanted to join in Hyderabad branch do check twice before you join otherwise you will definitely feel regret

if you are a female and ready to give extra service to managers. Your job is secure. They will make you manager in 6 months and put all PO in the girls name all pass throughs. every manager has a female friend with benefits its a dirty culture

Lift in their building is good.

Dislikes

They want magicians for employees who can make profit for them out of thin air without providing any gear. On top of that awful senior management. Poor infrastructure (they don't even have bare minimum washroom space , just 1 person at a time) No amenities (all you get is coffee, no tea & no cafe) No cab for male employees nor any reimbursement No meal facility nor any reimbursement for it.

(Toxic Manager) Style often creates a negative atmosphere within the team. communication can feel dismissive, and support is lacking when team members need guidance. this has led to low morale and l lack of trust. A more empathetic, transparent approach to leadership would help improve team dynamic and productivity.

Nothing, zero employee friendly scenario

Dislikes

It's been 2 weeks and ac is not working it's 50 degree temperature outside and they don't care at all. Employees are sweating working under unbearable heat and suffocation and they are just coming up with excuses.
