Lack of Employee Consideration – Despite being the owners, Praveen Ready, Jaykant Pujari, and Swaminathan do not prioritize employees' incentives, salaries, or overall work culture. They mislead new joiners with false promises. Overall, Sira Consulting does not provide a professional, growth-oriented, or ethical workplace. I strongly advise job seekers to explore better opportunities elsewhere. Rating: 1/10.

Man running noida office is good for nothing…all he is doing that making fool out of owners and i m surprised Owner are unable to see through this in such a long time… that says a lot about management skills.

I mostly like that there is no any work load and no any stress in Sira. We all are working with very friendly nature, all are there very helpful nature. And the best thing is that, our manager is really different from other, he is very frankly with all. There is also an activity program they organise always on friday half.

Dislikes

I don't have anything in my mind that is dislike, because this organisation is different from other, but in feature if there is anything happens, which is really matter of dislike then i will surely update.
