As long as spineless and incompetitive individuals like Sadaranda Prusty holds any leadership positions in any organisation, faculty members will struggle to perform at their best. His inability to distinguish between constructive and distructive actions has fostered toxic work environment from past 3 years. His approach seemingly driven by (perhaps) past childhood traumas has made life difficult not only for the collegues and subordinates but even for his own family. His history of conflict with nearly everyone at the University speaks volume as there is hardly any person who feels comfortable even talking to him let alone working. A number of faculties have resigned just beacuase of his toxic and intolerable nature including some faculties recruited by his own contacts, and it is a high time the management realises this. A faculty from his own state while resigning stated that "Odia people are not like this, please don't think as all of us like him" as she was ashamed of belonging to the same State as him. This types of people are absolutely disgraceful and shame for the society.

I liked that university follows IIT syllabus which gives exposure to research.

Dislikes

The placement department has to put more efforts so that placements and admissions further salaries of employees must increase.
