Don't ever think about working here. They have not paid the salary 1 year for existing employees. Also pf dues are there for more than 2 years. Many a employees have files cases against them in HC & University Tribunal. Pathetic organisation. Why don't I have an option to give zero star....

Work culture and college environment is truly good. On students account, institute is extremely doing good. STES is nurturing and imbibing the right values and education in to the students.

Dislikes

Irregular in salary and poor management of the money. Most of the faculty existing and left are suffered with dues. Salaries are still pending which is not even clear after leaving the college.

The very fast growing educational institute Friendly working atmosphere,believable team mates , good salary, To harmony the superior at the work place, when necessary training will be provided by institute to all staff members, Provide high quality material for Students like Mattress, Pillow, Bed Sheet, Etc. For foreign students there is extra facility like T.V., Washing machine, Kitchen Table Etc. and for cleaning purpose quality material be provided to Sweepers

In the sinhgad Technical Education Society salary not deposited to employee account regularly some tine 5 -6 months salary being pending at institute end

It's just superb to work with the esteemed institution like Sinhgad Institutes. Very rich work culture! Students, teachers, non teachings.. all are fabulous!!!

No timely salaries. That's the only only problem with my beloved Sinhgad institutes.

STES policies are very good , very fair appraisal system, excellent work culture,enjoying working here. Very good job security if you work hard and honestly. I really enjoyed working here since 2005.
