Work life balance is good here and I learned various new things in this 1 year after qualifying CA. I would suggest this is best firm for doing articleship.

Dislikes

Here pay structure is pathetic. They pay very less that I can say I'm highly underpaid even when I'm a qualified CA. Also they don't deduct PF from salaries. No bonus or overtime pay for extra work.

1. All kinds of audit exposure (Statutory, Internal, Tax, Stock etc.) 2. Some of the seniors will guide well but only if you ask them

...rs 3. Management quarrels are quite evident and hence no teamwork in the firm 4. Management is only concerned in reducing compensation to Articles 5. Frequent changes in HR policy always directed at limiting the benefits to workforce. 6. Pathetic work culture

Behaviour of youngest partner there. Misbehaves with everyone and doesn't know the work. How to do it or how to be done from others. Depression level increases daily. No job security, no positivity, no incriment, 3 months salary and 3 months notice policy is followed when you leave from there. Can't work and can't leave either because of their policy.

1. Too much work pressure 2. Bad behavior by certain managers 3. Opportunities are being given but no one teaches anybody how to work in that scenario. 4. Responsibilities are more than experience and capabilities.

No Professionalism No HRMS No budget for employees engagement It’s a well know audit firm but their own Employees don’t even get payslips OPE not settled on time HR is changed in every 3 months You won’t F&F/ you have to follow ups rigorously Worst back-office staff Average tenure of employee is not more than 1.5 years Bad talent pool Biased management
