There is nothing to like here .. very awful people to work with. There is only one owner and all other are his assistant. The owner always travels and never is there to take care of his team and whenever he comes to office or joins the meetings, he shouts like a maniac. Please don't join here because the owner and founder of this company may look completely normal at first but after joining the company his maniac episodes start. Office culture is very toxic that it will start affecting you mentally They only hire for small travel companies and say big things about their company in interview. There is one owner and his wife Office team leader neha is so toxic that you won't be able to survive. I was personally disrespected by Neha so many times and the irony is that she pretends to be very professional but watches crime petrol during office hours and constantly chats with her relatives on phone.

Salary is given after 10th of every month, that too when you ask for it. Don't expect your salary to be dispersed here on time Notice period is 2 months here , you can't leave the company before 2 months but they will expect you to join them immediately Saturdays are alternate off ( only on paper) : the owner Puneet will call you during weekends and if you don't respond he will shout at you for not answering his call on Sunday, so NO WORK LIFE Balance Please know that this is a small company very small with no process in place Absolutely no job security as they will remove you if you don't get joinings of candidates

Nothing..just 3 people team is there. Husband(Punnet) and wife( ruchi) is founder. Ruchi just involved to put an eye on her Husband and not at all involved in any activity. They doesn't have any office and tells lie at the time of joining..3 recruiters handle the client's and work. After giving 8 selection in a month I got my salary on 8th of next month with the deduction of 1 day leave due to fever and he forced me to work on that day also. They made the life hell .means morning night no matters whats the time, you have to revert immediately if u get any msg from anyone. No professionalism. Didn't provide my appointment even after 1 months. After 1 month I got my appointment and that's was totally different from my offer latter..changed my 3 months provession to 6 months and etc. Asked for the difference then simply said that he eill provide me revised but never got.on leave day he pressurized sand calls continuously to work. No matter in what condition you are. He us actually a sick person. Doesn't even documents properly..he just focused on client and their demands. That's all

Worst company of the world. Even we can not even say this is a company. Just husband wife and 3 people.
