The Analyst Team was young and they'd help each other when they are free from their own projects. Time is flexible and office starts at 11 am. We rarely had to do overtime. Overall experience was good, specially because of the good people. I was allowed to learn on the job and was not expected to be expert in everything. We also coded a little as and when we required.

Dislikes

Pay is not as good. As an intern I was paid minimum wage for as much work as the regular employees. The tool that we use is not 100% reliable so reporting gets complicated. Nothing else.

...ounders of the company are so friendly and behave like employees of the company. Salary provided is also good and they give good appraisals for average performers also. They really know how to take care of the employees. Office provides lunch everyday for free and almost every alternate friday office pays for drinks and snacks in the evening. Yearly trips are sponsored by company and i haven't heard of any company who takes all employees on yearly trips and pays all expenses of trips. The company is open to suggestions and is growing very fast. Happy to be a part of Simplify360

People are friendly, you can reach to anybody easily.

There is no feedback process for team leader or manager If team members facing issue with team lead no one will listen. This is bad it is affecting production and creativity of whole team.

Their is nothing that you will like for working in this place .

Dislikes

- they are known for lay off within 3 months of hire . No surveyabce nothing . You will be asked to leave the company in 30 mins by HR - they have no business plan and strategy , it’s all random . - highly driven by founders and lot of back stabbing happens in this company

Its the cultural within the team. Its totally friendly and employee oriented. We ll have a good work life balance.

Dislikes

In one particular profile, the scope in terms of new tool or techniques are limited. After x years of experience, lacking industrial experience in those tools or techniques could pull one back in future job hunt.
