1. late salary dates 2. There is no proper process of work schedule 3. not keeping up the promises 4. No proper training schedule 5. work flexibility 6. it's like instead of being creative, this trial and error is making it into a business 7. No job satisfaction 8. Extra working hours because of the management 9. Wasting employees' ideas and time in the Meeting 10. No leaves flexibility 11. improper hirings 12. very very very poor in team coordination (all departments) 13. way of addressing each other's 14. No uprisings 15. No Appreciations 16. No public holidays 17. no skill development ( technical and software ) 18. very low pay scale 19. Regardless of the employee's experiences at Simplify Home, a minimum Level of respect is in order when they resign 20. No flexibility in between management and employment 21. Work life balance is absolutely zero, and i am not finding any time to myself hardworking employees are getting paid less and people who are freshers and joining recently are getting paid more than their qualification or knowledge skills Work satisfaction is very less as we are not being allowed to be creative in our work and everything is becoming business based and not creative or innovation based There is no fun activities or any outing or proper leaves policy in the company which is leading to mental exhaustions and physical tiredness.
