Nothing good as of now. Earlier it was good .It will be foolishness to join now.Company is having no intention to work and grow.Only those who are having relatives in hierarchy will be able to survive.

No proper plan to give salary to staffs. Even after resignation you will not get the salary. No medi claim facility for staffs and their family. Better to work with subcontractors than to work with simplex.

Likes

Culture of the company is very good. Work is also very knowledgeable. For freshers it can be the best choice to upscale skills and if not have any financial problems. Also if you are a Bengali then it can a plus for you.

Dislikes

There is no fixed time for salary not only dates people working here didn't get salary for months. Some have pending salary of more than 12+ months (Excluding other perks eg. house rent, etc).

Salary is not regular before corona. After corona not paying salary at all. Who is resigned theirs salary is due about 9 months to 18 months. Who is working theirs salary also not paid atleast 18 Months. Head office is not responding on phone and email for salary. Very worst conditions. Now this company is in coma and live on ventilator.

... delayed on an average; there are some who haven't received salary since a year. But, few people have kept good relationship with MIS dept and bags their salary on time - which shows what control the management has on its departments. Hundreds have resigned because of this salary issue. There's no medical insurance, no bonus, no increment. Promotion is often given to the ones in good book. There are wrong people heading wrong departments. It's hard to believe but even proper chair is not provided to employees in office! While 'fund issue' is always stated to employees, crores of rupees are spent for Vaastu and directors' cars. There is groupism and back-stabbing everywhere. Another dreaded issue is lack of slightest job security. Every single day almost everyone is scared of losing job. Stay away from this company at any cost.
