... delayed on an average; there are some who haven't received salary since a year. But, few people have kept good relationship with MIS dept and bags their salary on time - which shows what control the management has on its departments. Hundreds have resigned because of this salary issue. There's no medical insurance, no bonus, no increment. Promotion is often given to the ones in good book. There are wrong people heading wrong departments. It's hard to believe but even proper chair is not provided to employees in office! While 'fund issue' is always stated to employees, crores of rupees are spent for Vaastu and directors' cars. There is groupism and back-stabbing everywhere. Another dreaded issue is lack of slightest job security. Every single day almost everyone is scared of losing job. Stay away from this company at any cost.

Average Working Environment, yearly leave benifit found okay.

Salary is delayed by 8 to 10 months, management found corrupted, management support only there relatives and added them with corruption. But rest other employees is getting unbalanced due to unpaid salary. Our career and financial has been finished after joining with this Organisation.😢

It was an excellent company upto 2014 after that gradually deteriorated and from 2018 it was terrible and nothing upgraded .

No job security and overall there is no surety of salary. Nobody is responsible for salary.

Its a big company and if you are handled by seniors or mentors with good attitude and posted to a site with good work flow then you will enjoy your work and there will be a lot to learn.

... subcontracts and also by treating inhumanly or discriminating the subcontracts. One cannot expect the salary to be given on time. Also the communication with management about problems to employees are forbidden and also not taken care of. They authorities do not hesitate to breach the contracts especially with trainees and new employees. It generally plays a lot with newbie or harass them. One generally has to fight for themselves in order to survive and cope with the company.

Salary is not regular before corona. After corona not paying salary at all. Who is resigned theirs salary is due about 9 months to 18 months. Who is working theirs salary also not paid atleast 18 Months. Head office is not responding on phone and email for salary. Very worst conditions. Now this company is in coma and live on ventilator.
