EV is new growing domain. New Technology and lot of learning

... to work overtime and weekends still no additional benefits. worst HR policies no Hike and Bonus There is no fund in the organization for procuring mechanical tools and equipment, but CEO will buy multiple luxuries car and motorbike. No work from home even in emergency. work from office or take leave. Travel policy is worst. need to pay from pocket and reimbursement will take months' time and need to follow up multiple times. HR policy keeps changing every month. Hiring doesn't happen at all. HR team can't close any position properly. only if people give recommendation people may join.

It's a Start-up, there is lot of learning. Supporting colleague and strong firmware lead to support. Challenging tasks.

Dislikes

...ask. HR policies are not upto the industry standard and can change frequently. There is no salary hike unless you put your papers. Company does haven't Funding and doesn't approve budget for equipment or tools procurement. They may try cut down cost by providing LOP whenever they could possible.
