While it was just a month that I have joined and was still getting On-Job-Trainings, I was being questioned for not delivering the results in a commanding approach and that reflects the work ethics and culture of the group in Simeio Solutions. After about 10 years working in companies like IBM and Kyndryl, this kind of toxic work culture made me to resign within 2 months as there were no other projects other than the group that I was working with. Project Manager of this group is impolite, impatient and non-assertive speaker. I had no choice but to quit

Pros- Lots of new technologies to learn and to get your hands dirty on those as well.. Really good opportunities to learn and work with different updated technologies. Good surprised bonuses on festivals. Work from home facility is available in some projects

Dislikes

Cons - Average compensation growth and no work life balance . No employee friendly facilities like transportation, individual cafeteria etc

While starting with Simeio was good with management and technical skills.

Dislikes

No work life. Work on weekends without pay. Top management not bothering who is leaving who is working. No motivation. No hike and no entertainment. Yes blame game and point out everything to one person.

No carrier growth, very limited options to enhance your carrier, Salary hike is below standards, Too much of politics, No parential insurance, No organized cafeteria, HR is for name sake, no standard appraisals followed, To many fresher intake in projects which becomes hard to run. Groupizem, Regional politics played by Sr management. Nobody from management or Hr will come for discussion if you have issues.

Exposure in IAM field functionally as well as technically across different vendors, growth and opportunities, challenging, the core people are passionate about IAM and professionally ethical, excellent career if you are in IAM domain

Dislikes

Salary compensation With scaling org and new HR, the "work hard, party hard' culture seems to be diminishing. Need focus on employee engagement. Some HR policies are bad. HR should represent and care for people first. Facilities....now that we are growing we need to work on these better Work life balance can be an issue at lower level
