...joining 1 month training will be there, they won't pay u a penny on 1st month. - On first 6 month your salary will be paid on 15th of every month and as cheque. After completion of 6 month, salary will be provided on 8th of every month in bank account. - Till one year you have to come to office on saturdays. Only sunday is off. - Only if you are job less and a fresher, then only start here.

...ny was great, the manager was very supportive, and the employees were wonderful. The only challenge was that the salary didn’t increase, and my skill growth was mostly in communication rather than IT knowledge. However, overall, everything else was good for me, and it was a valuable experience.

The salary never increased, and the work hours were exhausting—10 hours a day. On top of that, I was often forced to work an extra half hour without any choice. It felt unfair and draining.

Working hours is too much upto 12 to 13 hours per day. Very Bad, There is no Encouragement or Appreciations for Employees, for two years salary hike. For Incentives also not given properly too much works ourv TL is not supporting.
