1.Technically nothing 2.Worst culture inside the organization 3.No job security 4.Top management engagement is poor( 1year once peoples resigned) 5.poor Respect to the staff. ( Every saturday 2 hrs need to do garden work compulsary. 6.Finally company is not growing since 2016.

Working with Japanese is good and we can learn new and more thing here.

Dislikes

Poor HR and people management. HR attitude is worst with employee. Here no job security, no humanity. Its not company, here working like a school. HR behaviour is childish.
