...ompany is VERY good. The German culture is one of the best. Policies are decent. Salary hikes are good depending on the project you are in.

The Indian management is little bad and outdated thinking. Could be better. Many project managers are really not capable of handling people. When there are issues the team members are supposed to handle it, but when there are praises from German partners the manager will be there to take credits. If you are starting your career, won't prefer to start here. But if you are experienced this could be a good company.

Challenging work , learn a lot about quality of work and delivered product , how to handle customer , good salary

work Life balance , some managers needs to be terminated from Siemens limited , they don’t deserve Siemens .They spoil the reputation and culture of Siemens

Since BPO had just taken off in India the company was looking after its employees well, package was good, we as young turks used to work like anything.

After about 3years in the company growth stagnated, work style changed, another young turk was heading the process conflicts arises.

To be honest it is a very good organization, but you leave people not company. Department culture is pathetic

...t treated with respect and you need to put your self respect aside to work here. Salary is discussed after 6 months of joing. Job always at risk Culture of fear Very high attrition rate... Out of a team of 4, 5 resigned in 2 hears and HR didn't noticed it. Difficult to digest. Whistle blowers are always targeted and loose their jobs here
