Low salary hikes, hardly rare position level changes, long running products sometimes cause monotonous work

Friendly environment, good bonuses , excellent benifits. Managers are understanding. Permanent Wfh for ladies in genuine need.

...not has job security but they will try to retain internally if client backs off. Salary package is average not competitive with respect to maket.

If you get into a good project and under a good manager, siemens is a very good place to work.. Work life balance and leanings depend upon the team and the project

...policy. Apart from annual hike cycle expect no hike irrespective of promotions.. I had 2 dry promotions in 3 years with hardly any difference to the salary. Only the work and responsibilities increased.

Cant learn anything from scratch. Scope of learning or working in new technology is very less.

Working on new technology, it's fixed salary and giving subsidized food.

Not telling the truth about exact amount of work and doing estimation for name sake. Later work will get spill over and then you will start filling pressure of it.
