...ave any work culture. 2. Top level to lower level supports only corruption. 3. Salary not on time, salary given after 2-3 months only 1 month's. 4. The company has no proper HR rules regulation, company HR circular last updated in the year 2013. 5. Don't trust any HO management staff even your HOD's, If you spend any amount from your pocket during emergency site work purpose after the management permission, then you don't hope for return your amount. either you got treat like a beggar or thief from management.

Its a transmission distribution line company.salary is too less for fresher graduate engineer.learning process is on job trainning.. No job security..

Dislikes

No proper training. Very less amount given for fooding in the field.. Work load high but salary is less.. No holiday is there in the field..

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
