Dislikes

No worth ethics, too less salary, whatever salary you get, they will deduct even more from your pocket for useless activities like Birthday celebrations, useless tours etc, in the name of family bonding.

Dislikes

Salary structure, company culture and programs of all occasions, behaviour of stuff, documents related and obviously increament.

...ere work culture is very smooth, specially I don't like their management system. As per the policies they don't give salary on time.

...oing misbehave with you. Always they gives you order as like they are your boss. They don't give salary on time. Job security is very low on this company

Multidisciplinary activities. Though with time, many employees leave this organisation due to it's stingy policy.

Dislikes

Salary system is the worst. What is there in corporate hierarchy, here it is opposite in most cases.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
