Working with Shyam steel has been a great journey so far. Their salary is on time and you get payslips on time. Yearly bonus and calendar holidays.

Well since I have been working for a US market I think we should get the US holidays

Didn't have any concept of promotion, Senior will involve you in unnecessary work, baisedness of management towards senior level manager

The work life balance provided is really commendable. The supervisor never calls after office hours(if not a real emergency). No need to crib about leaves, can be availed easily. Directors are quite down to earth

... employees still work by buttering seniors. Performance management not present..appraisal is done according to salary not on individual performance. Whatever the director says is right

1. Babu culture company 2. There is too gossips in the company & few top management like this. 3. Hire & Fire. Top most company for same day fire policy without no reason. 4. No HR policy. They are just like brought up Toys. 5. HRs are also not safe for fire. 6. There was one manager maned subhajit Batabyal (feku the great), No dressing sense, poor technical knowledge, great for oiling management back. 7. Poor technical Top management like" less knowledge more danger." 8. No appreciation
