Nothing. Employee is treated like enemy. No benefits are given.

Dislikes

It is employee against company. MD micromanage all issues. No freedom at all. You have to sit long hours without any monetory benefit but they want you to come at time in the morning otherwise salary will be deducted without any justice. Many petty issues are dealt by MD.
