As like other small level company.

Dislikes

1. Not perfect IT company. 2. Hire developers for some inhouse development. 3. Salary gets late 20 to 35 days of every month. 4. Two months notice period. if you are unable to serve then you will have to pay two months basic. 5. Since they doesn't understand the development therefore they are unable to understand the issue comes during development and so call unnecessary meetings, asking useless questions. 6. They can call you on Sunday sometimes. 7. if you want to resign then they don't let you go easily. it doesn't mean they will increase your salary. No, not at all. Actually they will delay to give acknowledgement over your resignation mail. They will delay to give experience letter and specially your settlement amount. 8. Eight months have been passed of my resignation but they are not giving my settlement amount. 9. There are a lot of negativity.

Dislikes

Very bad experience. They will not give your salary and if you do followups they will terminate you. Then your salary settlement process will come in front of you. Beware before signing your appointment letter, if they provide you. Bcos they are taking people with mind setup as free service from employ and even from their vendors.

Salary: "Your salary will be very high Like 35000-45000 in Jamshedpur" with an exception that it will be paid quarterly.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike, everything is good, good office, furniture, infrastructure. Only salary has some issues, that you can see.

Very bad experience I have faced on working in the company i have worked over a month but they not provide me any offer, appointment letter and after month they forced me to leave the job as I not meet the sale target and they not provide my salary, not a single person support me at that time very bad 👎👎👎

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
