...nt does not adress our issues.teammates not supported company policy very taff. salary is decent but career growth is slow.

...ery good. HR is also very good. Need skills training for all label of employees. Salary and increment are not satisfactory. Need to change the internals policy. Need separate collection team, should need to taken approval for disbursement from collection team (in house). Need to open the spock location.

Salary here is decent but there is discrimination when it comes to providing benefits to employees. Only selected people are given importance when it comes to events, all employees are not involved for corporate events. There is no cafeteria, people have to sit and eat at desk, which is not so hygienic for office environment.
