The company never gives mental stress to there employees. The work culture is good. Apart from the company policy. My boss always taught us the lessons of life. How to deal with professional & personal life. There is no hire & fire policy in the company if you are an hard worker. I also like the re-hire policy of the company.

Compensation is very less & growth is also very slow. There is no internal training programs for the employees. There is too much chaplusi done by some persons of senior members due to which the worth keeping person never uplift by the company.

I have work here for one month and they didn't give me salary after that I have resigned and they threatened me that I have signed bond of 2 years and company will file a case against me and demanding 6 month salary from me the work culture is very bad upper management use bad language

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx).
